"I'm sorry it took so long to get this blog posted.
 
I have been in the Philippines for the past 3 days, and the excitement is non-stop. I have had constant meetings have not been able to find the time to stop to put up the images."
 
 

 
 
Japan continues to be a "rising star" in my book! I just want to say how proud I am of all of the people who have stood strong with us during our launching and initial growth. You have been and continue to be THE record breaking country in En101!
 
And after this last visit, I think we are on the right track to set some serious records in this industry.
 
 
It's always good to see the same smiling faces and same friends when I travel to Japan, and it makes it even better to see many new faces and make many new friends as well.
 
It just goes to show the dedication and sincerity of all of you who are involved. I just feel like I have made a new "home-away-from-home".
 
 
I also want to say a special "thank you" to H.S. Kim for keeping the dream alive in Japan and for her unwavering devotion to the En101 Revolution.
 
She has shown me some leadership skills that are unmatched in Internet marketing today.
 
I know she will be a driving force for all of Japan.
 
It gives me great pleasure to say "thanks again" to all who attended the meetings in Japan.

It was a refreshing experience to see so many friends back in Seoul, S. Korea.

I want to thank all of the people who turned out to the many meetings and gatherings and to everyone who made sure I made it safely to these events.

A special thanks to Pastor Poong Il Kim for his blessing, and for the copy of his new book, Who will wake the dawn?  I have began reading this book and have already gained a lot from his revolutionary insights and wisdom.

I learned a lot of things while in Korea, basically that we have so many dedicated members in En101.

I want to say thank you to everyone who attended the events and a special thanks to a few rising stars in En101... (pictured below).

What a great time to share your story with some one!

En101 is HOT!

The business world of today is changing at an astonishing rate. In a historical flash, we have seen companies out-sourced,   re-engineered, flattened and re-deployed. We've witnessed the push for total quality, empowerment or one of the fast bucks cure-alls that seem to spring up annually.
 
The result of these collective efforts is that hundreds of thousands of jobs have been eliminated, layers of management have been removed, and people at all organizational levels have been called upon to take new initiatives and additional responsibilities. It now seems as if larger historical, technological and economic forces are at work, and the very idea of the "job" is on its way to the organizational dustbin.

The global economy is now a reality. What was once the friendly development of technology has become an explosion of new changes impossible to keep pace with. In short, the game of business we grew up with is gone and a new game has taken its place. Internetwork Marketing is one such new game.  And...

What I looked at more than anything when I did my due diligence on EN101 was the character and TENACITY of Richard McCullough.  I saw a fierce determination in Richard to make this company succeed. I see it still today. And this alone (determination and tenacity, or persistence) is the true secret to success.

Saturday June 7, 2008 Dr. Dulik and I met with a group of Directors and Executive Directors and enjoyed four hours swapping ideas and suggestions. This was a very productive period.
 
Sunday, June 8, 2008 Dr. Dulik and I attended an EN101 meeting at the Famous KLASS Restaurant in Cicero.



This being Dr. Dulik and my second trip to Chicago we were greatly impressed with the professionalism and growth of the Chicago Team.

We had a great time at the meeting and made many new friends and enjoyed visiting with old friends. You can see from the photographs a great time was had by all.


 
I wish to extend our thanks to all that attended the function and would like to congratulate the Polish Soccer Team and the VERY SUCCESSFUL SEASON they had This Year.
 
I know several EN101 members had to choose Soccer over EN101____AND___ I know where they come from.  "TRUE FANS" follow their Team. I would do the same If my team the "OKLAHOMA SOONERS" were playing in a championship game---I would be at the game!!!!!!.



I wish to extend our thanks to all that attended the function.

I wish to especially thank  Draha Bohacova, Donald Lorence, Maria Miskowiec, Ewa Malicka, Lech Murawski,Lena Stobienia and everyone else that participated in the preparation and presentation of the meeting.
 


My sincere thanks to Dorota Koper, "another new Director" for taking time to translate for me during the two meetings.
